Avoid hot baths, saunas, swimming, and exercise for 24 hours. Wear loose, breathable cotton underwear. Don't apply perfumed products. Exfoliate gently 2-3 times per week after 48 hours to prevent ingrown hairs. Avoid sexual activity for 24 hours.
